El diseño se basó en cumplir con las áreas requeridas por el cliente, adaptando el mobiliario de la cocina existente de otro local a este nuevo espacio. Cumpliendo con las normas sanitarias, bomberiles y de seguridad. El aprovechamiento máximo y óptimo en los muebles y equipos, sin espacios residuales.  

The design was based on meeting the areas required by the customer, adapting the existing kitchen furniture from another local to this new space. Fulfilling health standards, firefighting and security. The maximum and optimum use on furniture and equipment without residual spaces.
